We love monitoring your progress in our office by periodically updating your neurological assessments.

Here's what you can do to make your scans as accurate as possible:

Do not consume caffeine (coffee or energy drinks) and also abstain from stimulants such as nicotine 90 minutes before your appointment.

Get a good night's sleep the night before your reassessment.

Avoid physical stress, such as working out, 90 minutes before your appointment.

Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water!

If possible, avoid over the counter pain medications.

Arrive a few minutes early and get ready to see your progress!
